Sikt means visibility — exactly what disappears at dusk, in fog or in a snow squall. A high-resolution thermal sensor picks out people, animals and campfires hundreds of metres away, no light required.

The housing is sealed and nitrogen-filled, so the lens never fogs from the inside, and the oversized focus ring is wrapped in rubber you can feel through gloves. It saves stills and video on the device, ready to share once you’re back in signal.
