01 — Nano-coating

Hydrophobic, inside and out

Every assembled circuit board is vapour-coated with a fluoropolymer film a thousand times thinner than a human hair. Water beads up and rolls off long before it can find a path to the electronics.

02 — Sealing

Sealed without glue

Housings are joined by ultrasonic welding, and silicone gaskets are moulded straight into the frame. There’s no adhesive to age or crack, so the seams stay tight through drops, heat and years of everyday use.

03 — Pressure testing

Tested at depth, one by one

Each unit spends ten minutes in a pressure chamber equal to three metres of water. If a single bubble escapes, it never leaves the line — that’s why every product ships rated IP68.
